Vicki Harford

Vicki Harford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the debt management sector. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at StepChange Debt Charity since May 2022, Vicki has engaged in various projects and ongoing operations utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies. Previously, Vicki held the position of Team Leader at StepChange Voluntary Arrangements Limited from July 2013 to May 2022, where management of multiple teams, performance analysis, and data presentation were key responsibilities. Prior to that, Vicki worked as a Debt Advisor at StepChange Debt Charity from April 2009 to July 2013, providing clients with advice and conducting annual reviews on debt management plans. Academically, Vicki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography from Bradford College.
