Vitali Bashko

Vitali Bashko has a strong background in software engineering and technology leadership. Vitali currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at StepEx since March 2023. Prior to this, Vitali worked at BearingPoint Software Solutions GmbH as a Software Architect from November 2019 to March 2023. Before that, they were with 360 Trading Networks for almost 7 years, where they held various roles including Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Technical Lead. Vitali's career began at EPAM Systems as a Software Engineer, where they eventually became a Senior Software Engineer before leaving in August 2010.

Vitali Bashko pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2010 to 2012, they attended Jacobs University Bremen, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they studied at Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno from 2003 to 2008, earning a Diploma in Radiophysics.

In addition to their formal education, Bashko has also obtained several certifications. In February 2019, they completed the "Architecting with Google Cloud Platform Specialization" from Coursera. In December 2018, they completed the "Developing Applications with Google Cloud Platform Specialization" and the "Data Engineering on Google Cloud Platform Specialization," both from Coursera as well. Earlier, in September 2017, they obtained the "Project Management Professional (PMP)" certification from the Project Management Institute.
