Rachel Pritz

Rachel Pritz, MSN, RN, has extensive experience in executive coaching and leadership development, currently serving as an Executive Coach and Facilitator at Elevate Growth Coaching & Consulting since January 2017 and at Stephanie Wood Group since January 2020. Prior to these roles, Rachel held various positions at Community Health Network from March 2005 to March 2019, including Chief Nursing Informatics Officer, where the focus was on enhancing the integration of technology for clinicians, as well as Manager of Nursing Informatics, RN-Patient Care Coordinator, and PACU Staff Nurse. Rachel holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership in Healthcare Systems from Indiana University Indianapolis and a nursing degree from the University of Saint Francis.
