Leah Odle-Benson

Leah Odle-Benson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in gender equality and program management. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Impact and Learning at the Stephen Lewis Foundation since February 2022, Leah has previously held various roles within the same organization, including Acting Director of Programs and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager. Prior experience includes consulting for Adobe Consulting Services and Networked Intelligence for Development, focusing on social and economic equity. Leah has also contributed to UN Women on multiple occasions, achieving significant advancements in gender equality initiatives. Holding a Master's Degree from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor's Degree from Carleton University, Leah possesses strong academic credentials to complement extensive field expertise.
