Director Margaret Campbell Student Success Center And Ada/section 504 Coordinator, Equity Offices at Stephens College

Sady Strand has had two main work experiences. From December 1998 to January 2012, they worked as a Learning Assistant at the Enhanced Learning Program. Then, from January 2012 to August 2017, they worked at Stephens College in various roles, starting as a Student Success Advocate and ADA/Section 504 Coordinator and eventually becoming the Director of the Margaret Campbell Student Success Center and ADA/Section 504 Coordinator, Equity Offices.

Sady Strand earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with an emphasis in Women's and Gender Studies and English, from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1994 and 1998. Sady later pursued a Master of Arts in Teaching, specializing in Secondary English, at Columbia College from 2008 to 2010. Currently, Sady is working towards a Doctor of Education - EdD degree in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership (EPOL) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with an expected completion date in 2025. In addition to their academic degrees, they obtained a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
