Luke Catto

Luke Catto, PE, is an accomplished forensic engineer at Stephens Engineering Consultants, Inc., with a robust background in engineering and regulatory compliance. Previously, Luke served as President of the Noah Samuel Foundation and held multiple roles at Canadian Natural Resources Limited, including Quality Assurance Engineer and Regulatory Coordinator in mining. Prior experience at Bantrel encompassed corporate environmental responsibilities and project engineering for Surmont Phase 2. Luke began academic pursuits at the University of Calgary, where a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering was earned, complemented by studies at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
