Jill Ballew has diverse experience in real estate and human resources, currently serving as a Realtor at Stephens Real Estate, Inc. since December 2018. Prior to this, Jill held various HR leadership roles, including Regional Senior Human Resource Manager at JCPenney and Human Resource Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation. At FedEx Ground, Jill excelled in multiple HR capacities, overseeing recruitment and employee relations across numerous facilities while managing teams and enhancing retention strategies. Jill earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from Missouri Western State University and has additional education from Webster University.
