Ben Jones

Ben qualified in April 2011 and is a partner in the Property Litigation team.

Ben is a member of the Property Litigation Association and deals with a wide range of contentious property work. This includes matters relating to commercial tenancies (enforcement of covenants, 1954 Act renewals, break notices, and dilapidations), restrictive covenants, overage, easements (including rights of way) and property-related professional negligence claims against other solicitors.

Ben has a particular interest in development work and also works closely with the firm’s mining clients.
