Eliot is a trainee solicitor in the Inheritance and Trust Disputes team. His role mostly involves drafting and preparing legal documentation and producing research in relation to claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 and under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
Eliot joined Stephens Scown in 2021.
Outside of work Eliot is a keen surfer and loves exploring the hidden beaches of Cornwall. Eliot also enjoys kayaking, hiking and being outdoors.
