Giles Dunning

Giles is a partner and joint head of the Corporate team having joined the firm in 2006. He is based in Exeter and deals predominantly with M&A work with a particular focus on buying and selling IFA firms.

He qualified as a solicitor in September 2009 having studied modern and contemporary history at Queen Mary, University of London and law at BPP Law School in London gaining a distinction on the Legal Practice Course.

Giles has over 12 years of experience in advising business owners throughout the lifecycle of their business including start up, funding, share incentives, acquisitions, and exit.
