Helen Wallwork

Helen joined Stephens Scown in 2017, having qualified in 2004. She is a partner in the Corporate team and she also heads up the firm’s specialist Healthcare sector. As a member of the Corporate team, Helen advises on mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, joint ventures, governance advice, and general commercial matters. She has expertise in acting for family businesses and in advising on partnership matters, particularly in the rural sector.

With over 15 years of experience in the Healthcare sector, Helen has a deep specialism in this area. She acts for a wide range of different clients including care home groups, domiciliary care organizations, GP practices, primary care networks, dental groups, veterinary practices, pharmacies, social enterprises, and other general providers.

Helen is also a trustee of Rowcroft Hospice and she regularly presents and provides training in a number of different forums.
