James Snell

James is a Rural Property solicitor in the Real Estate team based in Truro. He joined the firm in 2014 and has been part of the real estate team since 2019.

James previously worked in the civil litigation team and his experience includes dealing with matters concerning property disputes, contentious probate and other civil issues. James completed his Law with Business degree at the University of Plymouth then subsequently completed his Masters in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law – Bristol. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2019.

James acts in a range of property matters for individuals, developers and landed estates. His work includes the acquisition and disposal of agricultural, commercial and residential property; dealing with land for development including the negotiation of overage agreements and other development agreements; and leases of commercial and rural property.
