Katie Allen

Katie qualified in November 2013 in to Commercial Property, advising on landlord and tenant issues; sale and purchases, leases, mortgages; title investigation; plot sales; business sales and purchases; and property rights, restrictions, easement and covenants.

Katie is now an experienced solicitor in the Energy team acting on behalf of developers, landowners, funders and Community Benefit Societies. She sets up and assists in the development, acquisition, sale and funding of renewable energy projects and wider commercial property projects. Katie’s work covers wind, solar, hydro and battery projects and her experience includes offering clients advice on drafting and negotiation key projects, title reviews, due diligence and funding issues.
