Lizzie Smith

Lizzie Smith is a legal professional specializing in family law with extensive experience in various roles within the Family Team. Currently serving as a Partner at Stephens Scown since November 2023, Lizzie previously held the position of Senior Associate at Irwin Mitchell from July 2021 to November 2023 and at Clarke Willmott from July 2010 to July 2021, where Lizzie advanced from Trainee Solicitor to Senior Associate. With prior experience as a Clerk to a High Court Judge at the UK Ministry of Justice and a background in public relations and marketing, Lizzie has developed a strong foundation in legal practice. Lizzie completed the Professional Skills Course with electives in Family Law Update and Mediation: Essential Skills, and holds degrees from BPP Law School and Cardiff University in Law and Music & Education respectively.
