Megan Wiles

Megan qualified as a solicitor in 2022, and joined the Dispute Resolution team at Stephens Scown in 2023.

Megan has experience in dealing with matters concerning challenges to estates under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975; disputes relating to Wills; claims relating to executors or personal representatives of estates; disputes relating to attorneys for fraud or financial abuse; proprietary estoppel claims; and claims relating to properties following the break-down of non-martial relationships.

Megan also assists with a variety of matters concerning commercial disputes; specifically in relation to non-repayment of loans; partnership disputes; and disputes relating to ownership of property and other commercial assets.
