Philippa Leaity

Pip Leaity is a paralegal specialising in matters that relate to children. Pip joined the Exeter team in September 2013 and works with Mark Smith, a partner in the team, assisting him in dealing with cases on behalf of CAFCASS to represent children in complex care proceedings and in difficult disputes between parents, often with an international element.

Pip attended the University of Exeter, obtaining a law degree in 2013.
