Richard Bagwell

Richard heads the Property Litigation team at Stephens Scown, and joined the firm in February 2019. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1998 after reading Law with French Law at the University of Reading and studying law at l’Université de Paris Ouest.

Richard acts on a range of contentious property issues including commercial, residential and agricultural landlord and tenant, freehold, land registration, telecommunications, utilities, wayleaves development matters and property related professional negligence.
