Toby Claridge

Toby is a partner and head of Dispute Resolution in Cornwall and qualified as a Solicitor in December 1992 after gaining a Geology Degree from London University and joining Stephens Scown in September 2015.

Toby acts for businesses and individuals and deals with a variety of commercial and corporate disputes including shareholder and partners disputes, professional negligence, financial and property claims.

Toby particularly supports the Charity, Marine and Healthcare sectors having recently acted on a number of matters in these areas.

Toby is also a practicing mediator having trained with the ADR Group in 2001.
