Nikolaus Gerlach

Nikolaus Gerlach is an experienced professional in investment banking, currently serving as an Investment Banking Associate in M&A at Stephens since June 2022, following a position as an Investment Banking Analyst in M&A at the same firm. Previously, Nikolaus was an Investment Banking Intern in M&A at Stephens in late 2021. Earlier experience includes a Financial Audit Internship at PKF FASSELT SCHLAGE and an Accounting Internship at Deutsche Edelstahlwerke, along with a Purchasing, Accounting & Sales Internship at Eberspächer Group. Nikolaus holds an MSc in Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a BSc in Economics & Law from the University of Münster, with additional academic experience from an exchange semester at The University of Sheffield.
