Scout Burchfield

Scout Burchfield is an Investment Banking Analyst at Stephens, having started in June 2023, after previously serving as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at the same firm in the summer of 2022. Scout gained experience as a Social Media and Recruitment Intern at Columbia University from May 2020 to May 2023 and also worked as a Communications Intern for the Office of Governor Asa Hutchinson in July 2021. Additional experience includes positions as a Farmhand at Burchfield Farms from June 2014 to May 2023 and a Drive Thru Cashier at Steak n Shake during the summer of 2019. Scout holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sustainable Development from Columbia University, completed in 2023.
