Lisa Atkinson

Lisa has spent time in Stephenson Harwood's London and Singapore offices and has extensive experience in advising sell-side and buy-side clients on derivatives documentation and regulation in relation to a range of products across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, interest rates and commodities.

Lisa has also acted for financial institutions and airlines on aircraft financings, purchases, sale and leaseback transactions, leases, lease novations and refinancings, in addition to other asset-based lending arrangements. Her deal experience has involved a number of jurisdictions across Asia, Europe and North America.

With expertise in both derivatives and banking and asset finance, Lisa is well-placed to advise on the hedging aspects of financing transactions.
