Paul Yates

Paul Yates is the Head of Technical at Stephenson, a position they have held since 2019. With extensive experience in the cosmetics industry, Paul has demonstrated a proven ability to lead and develop technical teams focused on New Product Development and Continuous Improvement. Previously, they served in various roles at McBride, including R&D Director for Personal Care & Aerosols and Development Controller. Paul has a BSc in Applied Chemistry from Northumbria University, a Diploma in Cosmetic Science from the Society of Cosmetic Scientists, and a Diploma in Packaging Technology from the Institute of Packaging.
