Oleh Rud

Oleh Rud is an experienced game designer currently serving as Lead Game Designer at Stepico since December 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Game Designer at Belka Games from February 2022 to August 2022. With a strong background in designing game systems and mechanics, Oleh also led the design department at Glera Games from February 2019 to February 2022, and previously worked at Gameloft, Playwing Ukraine, and Nika Entertainment, contributing to various aspects of game design, development, and market analysis. Oleh holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute," earned between 2009 and 2014.
