Shiti Rastogi Manghani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shiti is currently the COO and Chief Marketing Officer at STEP by Find Satoshi Lab, where they are involved in the development of a web3 fitness DApp focused on promoting healthy lifestyles and combating climate change. Prior to this, Shiti was the CEO of Breathe Happy, a platform that utilized computer vision and machine learning for personalized at-home fitness solutions. Shiti has also held various positions at CSM Bakery Solutions, including Category Lead and Innovation Marketing Manager, where they played a key role in leading marketing teams and introducing innovative technologies. Earlier in their career, Shiti worked as a Product Manager at Britannia Industries Limited, a Consultant at Cognizant Business Consulting, and a Brand Manager at Henkel. Shiti started their professional journey with roles at HT Media Ltd, Prudential Process Management Services India Ltd., and Siemens, gaining valuable experience in brand management and marketing.

Shiti started their academic journey at the Convent of Jesus and Mary (CJM), where the specific degree program and field of study are unknown. After completing their schooling, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from the Faculty Of Engineering And Technology, JMI University. Following this, they attended the Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahemdabad (MICA) from 2005 to 2007 to obtain a Post Graduate Diploma in Communications Management with a specialization in Management - Marketing.
