Lorraine Hillsdon-Biggs is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of People & Culture at Stepnell since April 2018. Prior to this role, Lorraine held various positions at Sainsbury's from September 1997 to March 2018, including Retail HR Cluster Manager and Business Partner, where responsibilities included managing HR for approximately 950 colleagues across significant stores in the Midlands. Lorraine also served as Retail HR Manager for over 400 employees and has a strong background in personnel training and management through roles such as Personnel and Training Manager and Store Trainer. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Coventry University and a Certificate in Personnel Practice from Mid Warwickshire College.
