Adriane Fink has extensive experience in development and institutional partnerships within the arts sector. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Development and Institutional Partnerships Director at Steppenwolf Theatre Company since April 2020, Fink previously held the position of Director of Institutional Partnerships at Lyric Opera of Chicago from June 2018 to April 2020. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Institutional Giving at Curtis Institute of Music, Foundation and Grants Manager at Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, and Corporate and Foundation Relations Coordinator at Americans for the Arts. Fink started a private flute studio for students ages 10-18 in the Zionsville area while also performing as a flutist for a decade. Fink holds both a Master of Music and a Bachelor of Music/Bachelor of Science in Flute Performance and Arts Administration from Butler University.
