Zavarie Z. Irons

Zavarie Z. Irons is a skilled theatre professional with extensive experience in production and stage management. Currently serving as the Production Administrator at Steppenwolf Theatre Company since December 2021, Zavarie has also worked as a Stage Manager and in various freelance capacities since 2019. Previous roles include Sound Board Operator at Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati, Stage Manager for Cincinnati Landmark Productions, Assistant Stage Manager for Theatre Seven of Chicago, and Production Intern at The Human Race Theatre Company, among others. Zavarie earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Design/Technology for Stage Management from Wright State University and has a background in drama with an emphasis on stage management from the School for the Creative and Performing Arts.
