Lorraine Conwell, MLD, serves as the Director of Programming Clinician Led Community Response at Stepping Stones Therapy Center LLC since June 2023. Previously held various roles at The Villages from November 2013 to March 2025, including Director of Kinship Care and Director of Admissions. Experience also includes work as a Therapeutic Foster Care Social Worker and involvement in special projects related to foster adoption and kin-care. Between 2007 and 2015, Lorraine was the Owner and Coordinator of Happily Ever After Weddings & Events. Additional positions include Community Supports Coordinator at Mary Rigg Neighborhood Center and Neighborhood Liaison at Children's Bureau, Inc. Lorraine holds a Master’s degree in Leadership Development from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Indiana State University.
