Joseph Link

Joseph Link has over ten years of experience in the talent acquisition and marketing industries. Joseph is currently a trustee at Stepping Stones, a position they have held since June 2020. Prior to that, they were the Chief Talent Officer at StaffRehab from February 2012 to June 2020. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting and placing traveling and permanent therapists across the US.

Before joining StaffRehab, Joseph was with LightWorks Optics from July 2010 to December 2010 as their Marketing representative. In this role, they provided complex needs solutions for customers in various industries including bio-medical, aerospace, defense, and commercial.

From May 2010 to June 2012, Joseph was a Social Media Strategist for Palmer Social Media Services. In this role, they were responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns for clients.

From June 2009 to February 2012, Joseph worked for Booz Allen Hamilton as part of their employee referral programs for Comeback Kids and Alumni. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for open positions within the company.
