Kelly Crow

Kelly Crow is the current Director of Development at Stepping Stones. Kelly has also previously served as the Senior Development Director at the Dan Beard Council for the Boy Scouts of America. In this role, they were responsible for leading the staff for the Council's two largest special event fundraisers, the Good Scout Award Luncheon and the Festival of Fireworks. Kelly also oversaw the design and implementation of the Family Friends of Scouting Campaign, an annual fundraising drive consisting of more than 150 volunteers and 4,500 financial investments. In their previous role at Stepping Stones, Kelly was responsible for all Grants/Foundations, which included the annual ask, maintenance of donor relationships and researching new prospects. Kelly has also provided annual reports and updates to all current contributors. Kelly's other strengths include Annual Campaign Development, Prospect Research and Evaluation, and Community Relations.

Kelly Crow has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Political Science from Miami University.

Kelly Crow reports to Chris Adams, Executive Director. They are on a team with Karen Martin - Recreation & Leisure Director, Chris Brockman - Director of Facilities, and Megan Macy - Educational Services Director.
