Lisa Martire Wade has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in home care and therapy services. Lisa has been the Owner/CEO of Steps In Home Care since 2009 and of Steps Therapy since 2007. Prior to that, they worked as a Behavior and Education Consultant at their own business from 2006 to 2008. Lisa also served as an ABA Supervisor at TheraCare from 2001 to 2006.

Lisa Martire Wade obtained a BA in Psychology from American University during the years 1997-1999. Lisa then went on to pursue an MS in Special Education from Hunter College from 2000-2002. Later, from 2004-2006, Lisa attended Rutgers University to study Behavior Analysis. Lisa also holds a certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
