Katie Ryall

Katie Ryall has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and rehabilitation sector, currently serving as the Referrals and Admissions Lead at STEPS Rehabilitation Ltd since January 2022, after previously holding the position of Referrals and Admissions Coordinator. Prior to this role, Katie was a Senior Spinal Injuries Case Manager at Spinal Injuries Case Management Ltd for nearly a decade and worked as a Care Service Manager at Active Assistance (UK) Group Ltd. Katie’s expertise also includes experience as a Guest Lecturer in Occupational Therapy and Spinal Cord Injury at Sheffield Hallam University and as a Senior Occupational Therapist at the Princess Royal Spinal Injuries Centre. Earlier roles include Occupational Therapist at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Assistant House Manager at Central and Cecil Housing Trust. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Occupational Therapy from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Urban Policy and Race Relations from Edge Hill University.
