Ray Boulger

Ray Boulger is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance and rehabilitation. As the Chairman and Founding Director of STEPS Rehabilitation Ltd since 2013, Ray leads a specialized organization focused on residential and day rehabilitation for neurological and complex trauma conditions. Alongside this role, Ray has been a Board Member of the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries since 2003 and has held various senior positions at John Charcol since 1989, including Senior Mortgage Technical Manager. Ray's extensive career began in the finance sector with roles at Joseph Sebag & Co and R Nivison & Co, and includes previous experience as an Independent Financial Adviser and Articled Clerk. Ray's educational foundation was established at Magdalen College School in Oxford.
