Eva Sheridan, MEd, BCBA has extensive experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Eva began their career at Ed Support Services, LLC in December 2012, working as an Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist until August 2013. Eva then joined Steps Therapy in August 2013 as an ABA Therapist, where they provided therapy until March 2015. Eva was then promoted to Program Director, a role they held from March 2015 to December 2017. Eva then worked as an Associate Clinical Director from January 2017 to December 2018. In January 2018, they transitioned to the role of Behavior Analyst, and in December 2018, Eva became the Clinical Director at Steps Therapy. Eva Sheridan's work experience demonstrates their dedication and expertise in the field of ABA.

Eva Sheridan, MEd, BCBA, completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction, Applied Behavior Analysis, at Arizona State University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont, starting in 2008 and graduating in 2011. Eva Sheridan also completed a BA in Psychology at the University of Vermont from 2007 to 2011.

Steps Therapy

Our goal at Steps Therapy is to provide evidence-based behavioral and educational support services. We do so at the client's home, classroom and community environments for persons with special needs. Our experience, commitment, and our consistency have allowed us to provide the highest quality treatment available by individualizing each child's program to best meet his or her needs. The curricula are based on empirical research and evidence in order to improve socially significant behavior in the least restrictive environment. We employ the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to develop and promote individualized curricula to maximize the potential of every child. We strive to achieve success for each child through all of our efforts.
