Haim Zilbershats has a diverse work experience. Haim co-founded Atly, a platform for communities to share information about places, where they served as a Co-Founder and later as the Chief Business Officer. Haim also co-founded and directed Jung, a science-based platform that analyzes the impact of photos. Additionally, they played a key role in establishing the Israeli National Platform for Digital Learning, securing financial resources and building the project on the infrastructure of edX. Haim also worked as the Director of Business Development in a family office and interned at Ron Gazit, Rotenberg & Co., advising prominent clients. Prior to that, they served as an Intelligence Officer in the Special Operations Unit in the Intelligence Corps and the Mossad. Haim continues to serve in the Intelligence Corps on active reserve duty. Haim also held positions as the Founding Vice Chairman of the Alumni Association of the Special Operation Department in the Intelligence Corps and Head of the Association's Entrepreneurship and Business Club.

Haim Zilbershats obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University, completing their studies from 2005 to 2008. Haim then pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law from the same institution, which they obtained from 2009 to 2010.

Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in the field of entrepreneurship and business. In 2017, they completed the courses "Entrepreneurship 3: Growth Strategies," "Entrepreneurship 2: Launching your Start-Up," and "Entrepreneurship 1: Developing the Opportunity" from the Wharton Executive Education program. In 2016, they completed the courses "Entrepreneurship 4: Financing and Profitability" and "Introduction to Financial Accounting" from the same institution. In 2015, they completed the course "Introduction to Marketing" from the Wharton Executive Education program. Haim also acquired certifications in "Private Equity and Venture Capital" and "The Power of Microeconomics: Economic Principles in the Real World" from Coursera in November 2015.
