Michal Ben-Ari has extensive work experience in the field of customer success and fundraising. Michal currently works at STEPS as a Customer Success professional. Previously, they served as the Relationships and Communications Manager at Cayman Islands Red Cross, where they handled all aspects of fundraising and marketing. Michal also worked at MadaTech, the Israel National Museum of Science, Technology, and Space, as a Resource Development professional, responsible for establishing and improving donor and corporate relationships. Additionally, Michal has experience as an Assistant Event Producer at CLOOLA Wedding and Event Productions, as a Program Coordinator at Oranim Israel Way - Tel Aviv Internship Program, and as an International Development Coordinator at Mifalot Education and Social Project. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Restaurant Manager at Moshava 54.

Michal Ben-Ari obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they attended from 2008 to 2011.
