Kelsey Davis

Kelsey Davis is a professional with extensive experience in recruitment and education. Currently serving as the National Recruitment Director at StepStone Family & Youth Services since January 2019, Kelsey has previously held roles as Recruitment Supervisor for Kentucky and Foster Parent Recruiter/Trainer within the same organization. Kelsey also operates as a Virtual Assistant at K Davis & Co. since March 2020 and has experience as a Lead Tutor at The Learning Center. Earlier work includes a role in tourism at the Historic Railpark and Train Museum, focusing on visitor services and team collaboration, as well as serving as an Elementary Educator at Russellville Independent Schools, where Kelsey was responsible for maintaining student order and performance evaluation. Kelsey is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Marketing at the University of Southern Indiana, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Western Kentucky University and an Associate's degree in Pre-Nursing Studies from Madisonville Community College.
