Andrew Bratt

Andrew Bratt is the Head of Legal for Private Equity at StepStone Group, overseeing all private equity investment activities and capital formation. They previously served as Deputy General Counsel and Transaction Counsel at StepStone Group, demonstrating a strong legal background. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at a startup, and as Principal at Pension Consulting Alliance, LLC. They began their career at Covington & Burling as an attorney, following the completion of a JD at Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Michigan.
