Ben Carpenter

Ben Carpenter is currently the Interim Recruitment Lead for EMEA & APAC at StepStone Group, where they oversee talent acquisition across multiple business lines. They previously served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at ING, responsible for high-level hires within the APAC region. Ben has extensive experience in recruitment, having held roles at Amazon Web Services, HackerTrail, and Eames Consulting Group, where they excelled in placing candidates within the Banking, Financial Services, and Technology sectors. They also worked as an Equity Trader and possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (Accounting and Finance) from Nottingham Trent University.
