Eric Thompson

Eric Thompson currently serves as Partner and COO - Private Equity at StepStone Group since September 2021. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of COO at Greenspring Associates from March 2007 to September 2021. Additionally, Eric was a Board Member and Treasurer for Habitat for Humanity of Maryland from January 2007 to June 2013 and worked as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 2001 to January 2007. Eric Thompson earned an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland, completing the MBA in 2003 and the BBA in 2001.
