Janice Ince

Janice Ince is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the private equity and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at StepStone Group since September 2025, Janice previously held the same title at Pantheon from April 2019 to August 2025. Prior to that, Janice was a Principal at SteelRiver Infrastructure Partners from May 2009 to March 2019, and worked as a Marketer at Babcock & Brown between May 2007 and May 2009. Janice began her career at Barclays Capital as an Analyst/Associate from July 2001 to April 2007. Janice holds a B.A. and B.S. in Economics and Operations Research from Columbia University, graduating in 2001.
