Richa Saboo

Richa Saboo currently serves as an Analyst at StepStone Group since February 2024, following a role as a Summer Analyst at the same company in mid-2023. Richa has experience as a Teaching Assistant for courses at The Johns Hopkins University, focusing on Professional Writing and Communication and Strategic Management. Leadership roles include serving as President of the Johns Hopkins Product Management Club and Advocacy Chair for the Graduate Representative Organization at JHU. Previous internships involve consulting for Johns Hopkins Hospital to improve operational efficiency and working with Fenss Technologies on robotic systems for the Ministry of Defence in India. Richa co-founded Team Aquarovers, tackling environmental challenges through Remotely Operated Vehicles, and held significant positions within the Association of Students of Mechanical Engineering at MIT-WPU, including Honorary Secretary. Richa holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from MIT-WPU.
