Jennifer King-Walters is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Since November 2016, Jennifer has served as Accounting Manager at StepStone Hospitality, following a similar role at Highgate from May 2015 to November 2016. Previously, Jennifer held accounting positions at Video Labs and multiple Chase Suite Hotel locations from April 2002 to April 2012, where responsibilities included full charge bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial reporting. Notable achievements include reducing accounts receivable aging from 87 days to 30 days and establishing new credit criteria to minimize bad debt. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Maryland in 2004.
