Susanna Janota

Susanna Janota is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in sales, marketing, guest services, and customer relations. Currently serving as the Area Sales & Marketing Assistant at StepStone Hospitality since November 2021, Susanna supports the sales team for three properties in Orlando. Prior roles include Guest Services Manager and Front Desk Agent at Homewood Suites by Hilton, where effective management and guest engagement were prioritized. Experience also includes a customer service role at Western Laundry & Dry Cleaning, multiple positions at Walt Disney World focusing on guest experiences and training, and prior roles in attractions and food service at Universal Orlando Resort and Rainforest Cafe. Susanna holds an Associate of Arts degree in Visual Arts/Photography from Glendale Community College.
