Dirk Stickelmann

Dirk Stickelmann serves as the Chief of Staff EMEA Sales and Head of Business Program Management at StepStone since October 2019, where responsibilities include managing holistic business programs, driving growth, and setting strategic priorities for the EMEA sales organization. Prior to this, Dirk held the position of Head of Sales Strategy, leading a team focused on sales growth and strategy implementation, and was Senior Manager for Strategic Projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Finance at LenioBio GmbH, overseeing Series A funding and finance functions, and a significant tenure at Die Grünenthal Gruppe in various controlling roles across global markets. Dirk's educational background encompasses a Master's degree in Controlling, Accounting, and Finance Management from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and an undergraduate degree from the University of Applied Science Aachen.
