Franziska Tausch

Franziska Tausch currently serves as a Research Manager and UX Researcher at The Stepstone Group, focusing on enhancing user experience for recruiting experts and job seekers through various research methods. Previously, Franziska worked as a Research Associate in Behavioral Economics at the University of Sydney, conducting experiments and translating insights into actionable recommendations, particularly related to unethical behavior in insurance processes. Franziska's earlier experience includes a Senior Research Fellow position at the Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods, where research centered on rule compliance and information provision, as well as a Doctoral Researcher role at Maastricht University where topics included risk decisions and preferences for redistribution. Additional experience includes student research assistant positions at IZA - Institute of Labor Economics and WIK Wissenschaftliches Institut für Infrastruktur und Kommunikationsdienste. Franziska holds a Diplom in Economics from The University of Bonn and a PhD in Economics from Maastricht University.
