Heiner Tent

Heiner Tent serves as the General Counsel at The Stepstone Group since February 2012, leading the group's legal departments and advising on complex commercial technology projects, including compliance with the EU AI Act and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. Previously, Heiner Tent held the position of General Counsel at IQ Telecom GmbH from January 2008 to February 2012, providing legal guidance in IT and Telecommunication law and managing M&A projects. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at A.Sutter GmbH, overseeing legal and internal audit functions, and as Legal Counsel at Heinz Heise GmbH & Co. KG, focusing on commercial IT law and intellectual property. Educational credentials include a Second State Exam from Essen District Court and a First State Exam from the University of Münster.
