Renée MacHi

Renée Machi serves as the Vice President, Legal & Deputy General Counsel at Snap Inc. since April 2024, previously holding similar positions at Dropbox from May 2020 to April 2024 and Airbnb from October 2016 to May 2020, where leadership included overseeing various legal and regulatory functions and managing substantial legal teams. Renée co-founded and served on the board of Alta Vista School, an independent institution focused on STEM education, from July 2010 to June 2019. Prior experience includes roles at Zynga, where responsibilities encompassed product compliance, litigation, and legal operations, in addition to legal counsel during the company's transition from a private entity to an IPO. Renée earned a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a BA in German from Santa Clara University.
