Anders Lindberg

Anders Lindberg is a seasoned attorney at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, currently serving as the Chair of the Litigation Department and a Partner since 2004. Lindberg has extensive experience representing long-term care and assisted living facilities in wrongful death actions, securing numerous jury verdicts for medical care providers in malpractice cases, and achieving favorable outcomes in employment disputes for large hospitals and manufacturers. Notably, Lindberg won a significant jury verdict for one of the largest banks globally in a case involving allegations of fraudulent misrepresentation. Prior to this role, Lindberg practiced at Farrell, Farrell & Farrell from 2001 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a JD from West Virginia University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Marshall University.
