Jeffrey S. Batoff

Jeff is a litigation and entertainment law attorney, representing clients in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Jeff co-chairs Obermayer’s Litigation Department as well as the firm’s Government Relations Department, is the Chair of the Entertainment Law Group, and he is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.

Clients appreciate Jeff’s problem-solving approach: a multi-variant analysis involving not only the legal and practical issues involved in a claim or dispute, but also the most cost-effective way to achieve clients’ goals. Jeff’s objectives are to win large cases for litigation clients and to help entertainment law clients get their projects produced.
